Joe Langfield

Since completing his training at University College London in 2000, Joe has worked as a Speech Pathologist in the UK, New Zealand and now Australia. He has worked across many settings including community clinics, the disability sector, hospitals, and schools.

Joe has extensive experience working with children and adults with Speech and Language difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Global Developmental Delay, Hearing Impairment, and implementing Assistive Technology to promote communication. Currently Joe’s predominant interest is working with individuals with language difficulties, reading, writing and spelling difficulties.

Joe is a Certified Practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia. He is trained in administering the Sounds-Write program and has completed a Level-4 Certification in Supporting Literacy in Learners with Dyslexia.

Joe currently works at Stella Maris school, and in schools on the South Coast including Goolwa, Port Elliot and Victor Harbor.

Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and footie loving young son.
