Airlie Smith

Airlie has over 20 years of experience working as a speech pathologist in preschools and schools in Adelaide and the far north of South Australia. She has particular interests in the diagnosis and treatment of speech sound disorders, Developmental Language Disorder and literacy difficulties. She enjoys working with children, their families and school staff. 

As a Certified Practising member of Speech Pathology Australia, Airlie is passionate about providing evidence-based practice and she regularly participates in professional learning activities to keep her skills and knowledge current.

Airlie is trained in administering the Sounds-Write literacy intervention, Talk for Writing, Hanen’s It Takes Two To Talk program and Restart DCM (a stuttering treatment for young children).
